We ship almost every weekday Monday through Friday, and expect your purchase to reach you in 2 to 7 business days with our standard shipping.
If there will be any delay in completing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Items temporarily out of stock will ship when they are again available, at no extra charge. We will estimate when the item will be on its way to you, and if you prefer to cancel that part of the order, you are of course free to do so.
For Expedited and Express shipments we will send an e-mail confirming the expected date of delivery to you.
For shopping from outside the US, please select the appropriate option for shipping to your location.
Please contact us if you feel you need to return an item. Returns for defects are given full credit. All other returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, except as noted for Special Order items.
