Full Terms

Consignor affirms that he or she is the sole legal owner of the property to be sold. If property is jointly owned, both persons will have to sign. Consignor affirms that the description of the items is true and correct to the best of his/her knowledge.

Consignee agrees to be responsible for the loss or damage and safekeeping of the items and will ensure they are packed and shipped properly to the eventual buyer.

Consignor agrees to the fee schedule shown here. Any special fee agreements or changes must be made in writing and intialed by both parties.

Consignee will retain possession of the merchandise until they are sold and delivered to the final purchaser or back in the hands of the Consignor. Consignor agrees to leave the items with Consignee for a period of at least 25 business days during which time they will be listed on eBay for a three-, seven- or ten-day period for sale.

Once an item has been listed on eBay, it will run the full auction until it is sold to the highest bidder. If Consignor demands return of the property prior to the end of an auction, or the 25-day period, he/she will pay a withdrawl fee of $25.00 per item. Consignor may not withdraw an item after it is sold, or within the last 48 hours of the auction under any circumstances. Once an auction has ended with a successful sale, the property may not be withdrawn and will be delivered to the highest bidder upon reciept of payment.

Should the winning bidder fail to pay for the auction, the property will be offered to the next highest bidder. If this bidder does not accept the item, it will be put up for auction a second time.

If consignor's property fails to sell within the 25-day period, consignor agrees to pick up the items within five business days. Items left unsold and unclaimed after a further 30 days become the property of TWRF Creative, to dispose of as the owners see fit.

Once auctions for items listed here are completed, and payment is recieved, the merchandise will be shipped to the buyer. Upon safe reciept by the buyer, Consignee will effect payment of proceeds, less fees to the Consignor. Payment will be made to the address on Consignor's Drivers License, or other valid ID. If a buyer rejects an item of merchandise due to misrepresentation, payment will be refunded to the buyer and the item of merchandise will be picked up by the Consignor.

What we won't sell

• We will not handle items that are jointly owned by two or more persons, unless all persons agree to our terms in writing.

• We will not handle items that cannot be conveniently shipped via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. Any exceptions to this shipping requirement will be made on a case by case basis.

• We will not handle any items prohibited by eBay policies.

• We will not handle guns, knives, or any item we consider to be "weaponry".

• We will not handle TV descramblers, or other items to bypass any sort of media encoding, encryption or privacy.

• We reserve the right to refuse any item, for any reason.
